[rescue] Weird Cisco question

I know cisco loves rebadgeing stuff, sticking in a slightly different
prom, and calling it a new prom.  Does anyone know if Cisco VG200s are
like that? They appear to have identical hardware to a 2610 or so, however
they "don't support WICs" and a few other limits.  Can they be upgraded to
standard 2600s with a prom or is it more complex than that?
