Damn straight! And it should only cost you another $25 to file in small
claims court to get it.

It's this kinda disreputable crap from sellers that has turned a pretty
good idea of online auctions into the poke and hope over priced pawn shop
harvest it is today.  If this were done over the postal service the govt
would have an absolute field day with mail fraud charges.
