1) It depends. My NEC MultiSync 900 works, but it is green. I am 
guessing a sync-on-green issue, but I haven't bothered looking into it 
(I am looking at getting a 21" SGI with HD15 and 13W3 to use on both my 
Octane and my O2).

2) Not sure. I would think it would hang, but I could be wrong. If I 
have some time, I might give it a try tonight.

3) 1" SCA SCSI. Pretty easy to find on eBay.
