Since you mention Oracle, I've written a lot of code which uses Oracle
code and libraries. 
All of that code is mine, and Oracle agrees.
They lay no claims to code written using their tools.
Some vendors *have* tried to imply this, but it is BS.
Of course, we must always be wary of lobby-created laws which might try
to alter this.
