[rescue] 100MBit Ethernet for I2?

Urk, I keep going away after I respond to folks who say they've got
100Mbit cards available for the I2 at a reasonable price.  Anybody out
there have one?  100MBit seems to make X forwarding more comfortable,
even with ssh compression turned on.
