[rescue] AFX slots in SS5

I have been wondering about the AFX slots in SS5 and the recent SBus
talk reminded this to me again. As I have heard, the AFX bus was for
advanced graphics cards and was the predcessor for UPA.

Now, have there been any real graphics cards for AFX? Has anyone
actually seen one? What's the theoretical bandwidth and how fast is it
in practice?
