*nod* This is a good example of "Eat what you can get." It's not meant
for pick and choose. It's meant for food to live one. Period. If
that means cans of smoked sardines is mustard sauce then you live on
those. I've been there when I was growing up. Missed a few meals.
How I missed out on gubment cheese I don't know - maybe I ate it and
didn't know it. The point is - the issue is one of survival not choice.
