[rescue] ultra 30 cpu fan question

Hi,

I've just acquired an ultra 30 which is running fine. The only thing
bothering me is that the cpu fan doesn't spin when turning the machine
on. I'd like to know if the fan is turned on when the cpu temperature
rises or if it's "just" broken? (in that case, any suggestions for a
replacement are welcome...)

Also, if anyone got a spud bracket left in the Netherlands, contact me.
