It is a PowerPC VME SBC from the PowerXpress family made by Radstone in the
UK.
It is a standard VME board with a 333MHz PowerPC 604r CPU, 16 to 336MB DRAM
with EDC, 1MB L2 cache, 1MB System Flash, 8MB User Flash; RTC, 10BaseT
Ethernet, Ultra SCSI, mouse and keyboard I/F, floppy, parallel, 2x RS-232
and Business Audio, 2 PMC slots, 5 row P1, P2 and optional P0 connector.
Yours has a PMC video board on it. I looks like there is VxWorks, LynxOS
and BlueCat Linux available for it.
