Mozilla and OO are, in my experience, trouble on 256megs of ram on both 
Linux and Irix.  Haven't tried they on Solaris yet.

The U5 has a slightly easier life than that.  I anticipate it's hardest
tasks will be grinding through batch tasks of various sorts, or maybe
emacs.
