Sure you can.  CERV - Crew Emergency Return Vehicle.  If memory serves,
its a Soyuz capsule, fits 3 and can have them back for bumpdown in a
jiffy.  No reason to pull them off right now anyway, though.  Resupply is
generally automated; major concern being physiological issues, not
technical ones.
