I still have a printout of HOSTS.TXT from CMU-A circa 1981 or 82, printed
via an Alto to one of their big ass Xerox 9700's... all the hosts on the
ARPANET, in three pages.  I used to have one of the Internet Phone Books,
from around 1992 or 93, too.

Those were the days...
