   Ahh, ok.  I can understand being backed up against that wall.  That's 
one of the reasons I never buy any sort of vendor "support" and I don't 
use (or specify) computers that I can't manage (or train someone to 
manage) without said support.
   This won't work for everyone of course, and I'll never suggest that 
it could...but that's the way I do things.

   Again, I've seen just the opposite, but I suspect we're using it for 
very different things.
