[rescue] Dec Lisp PAK?

I've got a copy of Dec Lisp from around 1990 that I would like to be
able to use on my Vaxstation 4000/90. I have banged my head senseless
trying to get anyone at Compaq or (now) HP to sell me a PAK for this.
There is apparently some reason that they can't sell this anymore,
though I've never been able to figure out exactly what. 

Does anyone on this list have a PAK for this antiqueware that they would
sell/give/transfer to me? Or alternatly an idea for how a PAK could be
arranged?
