Wordperfect has released Unix versions for quite some time.

WP 7 was available as a free trial download for Solaris with virtually no
restrictions.  I don't remember if 8 was, though it was definitely sold
for Solaris (I've got a copy at work).  It works quite well in both X and
tty (similar to the venerable WP 5.1) modes.
