[rescue] Need help with Cisco 3620

I received a 3620 from work that is presumed to be dead.  Unit powers up with 
a fast-blinking "SYSTEM" light.  If I pull the ram (two sticks, as yet 
unidentified) the SYSTEM light blinks slowly about 5 times.  There are no 
modules in this thing yet, but I presum that wouldn't keep it from booting.

I have -nothing- for this, so I need to gather some resources:

1) pinouts for console cable.
2) specs on RAM this thing needs (72-pin)
3) pinout for power supply (to test)
4) LED diagnostic reference
