At least they were kind enough to save us from that particular circle of 
hell.  I wonder why they did things this way? This limits the "free use" of 
Solaris 9 to what? 10 models at most?  Single processor sun4m or better 
that come to mind:

Sparcstation LX
Sparc Classic
Sparc 4
Sparc 5
Ultra 1
Ultra 5
Ultra 10
