Woo! I decided to duck out on football today and play with some of my
recently-rescued items here at the office. Pushed one of my 1,000lb
crates down the hall, reseated a couple of loose Sbus cards, cleared out a
couple of dust bunnies, and viola!

Fortunately they're all formatted already. :-)

The only problem encountered so far is that the DDS2 drive flashes "ERROR
f2"(?); guess I'll have to go find some docs on that unit and see what's
up...

So, that's one of two; gotta roll this one back down the hall, and try out
its twin next weekend. And I can't wait to experience firing up the
6400... the SC2000's are cool, but the Cray just dwarfs 'em.

Woo! The patch install is almost done. And my son is sitting here
listening to me giggle and saying "So just what are you planning to DO
with this thing, anyway? Can I play Doom on it?" Ha! Can it play Doom!
I know I've got a couple of TGX cards laying around somewhere...
