[rescue] UPS Recommendation

I've had lots of good luck with APCs, mostly used ones that we re-batteried. 
 The Smart-UPS line is the lowest I would go in their line as it actually 
has some smarts... and a serial port.

Most recently, we've purchased some from refurbups.com with good experience. 
 They came with a warranty and new batteries in foam-in-place packing.

Recommended....
