thanks but it is an SCA connector I heard about the Indigo2 plugs it never
occured to me to plug it in cold I always check
on the SGI indigo2s if you carefully insert a standard tray [upside down] in
the CD rom slot it works just fine
make sure the jumpers are set correctly.
