Yes.

I have no complaints either, but I would say that while I believe his
intention is to be good, his execution can seem to fall short of that
goal...

A less clue-full shopper could be mislead by some of his listings (BTW,
he is no longer on ebay, AFAIK), but when questioned he is truthful.
