But it requires me either setting up upstairs (I'd rather put it in the
basement) or running headless. Mostly I expect I'll be doing stuff via SSH
anyway, but I like to have the option of running ... No, I'd better not say
that or I'll get drowned in hate mail again.
OK, sure, I'll set it up and run it without a monitor. I'll use the PC as a
serial terminal. Doesn't make sense to run a server with a head anyway.
What version of Linux should I try setting it up with? Most of the distros
I tried kind of barfed when I tried running on 24 meg on a PC. Except the
older ones, of course.
