[rescue] Sun v210 memory

Does anyone know what type of memory the Sun Fire V210 accepts?  From Sun
documentation and crucial.com, I believe it takes 256 mb, 512 mb, or 1024 mb
ECC, registered, PC2100, ddr dimms in banks of 2.  I also think I might need
low profile dimms.  Additionally, what is DDR-1 memory.  Is it different
than plain ddr?  I know I should be using genuine sun parts, but this is
sort of a personal webserver that does not exactly have the funding to by
such lavishly priced memory.
