I think that this is a probably a hoax or a practical joke (though the store is hosted by akamai, which you would think is hack & goof proof). 

I really can't see any way that IBM would be sampling enough 2GHz GPuL processors for Apple to offer dual processor 2GHz machines at this stage of development.
