I repeat "cost is just one factor to consider" ... and I agree with your
comment.

Mind you the UK's health service is not as bad as is sometimes made out,
although you haven't included any evidence to show the US health service
is more robust and faster whereas the UK's is wrung-out with pathetic
service.
