Well, it's based on Mach, so it's at least as Unix as Tru64 or OpenStep.
In fact, it -is- OpenStep.

For an OS that's supposedly going to be replaced by Windows any day now
for the last 6 or 7 years, the suits sure are throwing a lot of
perfectly good money away suing each other over it.
