[rescue] Troubles with an SE card

I've got a DOA SE card here for the Octane.  When i
install it i get no video and the light bar stays
on red.  My guess is the compression connector is
screwed simply because that seems to be the most common
issue with XIO cards.  Are there any other known issues
with these cards that i could check out before i
chuck it in the parts bin?  The speed up from the
current SI card would be nice.
