:>how do i reformat this drive to 512 size blocks?
:
:I'd consider using sformat:
:
:ftp://ftp.berlios.de/pub/sformat
:
i got it. it knows that there is something at target 1 on the scsi
chain. but any attempt to do anything throws me out because there is
no lun (logical unit number). probe-scsi sees the drive and its
description. i have moved the drive to another sparc2 which had a
compiler on it to get sformat compiled and installed. here is what
happens. the minute i try to get to the drive, i am thrown out of
sformat.
here is what i am dealing with.
