>From the rough description, it sounds like you have an Intergraph
Powerstorm 4D40, 4D40, or 4D60 card. I think you need a (separately
available) texture module upgrade to bring them up to 4D40T-4D60T spec but
I could be wrong. The two board construction results from needing a Cirrus
VGA chip on one board to take care of the text mode console, and a 3D
accelerator chipset (Intergraph Realizm) for graphics.

I used to have a 4D40T in my PWS 500a. IIRC the card is supported for
graphics in Tru64, but only supported for text in OpenVMS (as the VGA chip
has a almost no memory). It also runs fine under Windows NT.
