[rescue] Ultra 1 CPU fan replaced

I got in while they were sending out replacement motherboards... but
my parts center apparently DID have the right motherboards... all the
non-E ultras stayed as non-E and at the same Mhz.  And my Enterprise
Ultra 1 stayed the same speed.  I'm glad to know the FCO is still
active though... they wouldn't honor it on one of my Ultra 1Es...
I need to check it's fan to see if it is alive...
