   I NEVER thought I'd see myself type this...but it's Time To Move To 
Wisconsin.

   Actually, in all fairness, there are very few of those here relative 
to the DC area.  That's actually one of the reasons why I left DC.  
Having women with hairy armpits spit on my car, saying "MAN!!" 
disdainfully as I'm stopped at a traffic light in College Park, MD 
wasn't my idea of a happy afternoon.

   Must be something in the water up there.  An old friend of mine once 
said that the whole area would be declared a Superfund site if they 
could ever figure out what leaked.
