[rescue] Secondary DNS providers?

Hi all -

The discussion of cheap registrars has me wondering what people are doing for
secondary DNS providers.  Currently, I'm using GraniteCanyon.com, but am
getting more fed up with their connectivity problems/lack of diversity.

Ultimately, I'd like a provider that can support a hidden primary where the
real primary did zone transfers on a port other than 53/tcp, or did zone
transfers over IPv6.

I'd like to avoid breaking the bank, so cheap or free providers would be
preferable...

Any thoughts?
