No it's not, it was available less commonly on the PC side as a PCI part
as well, but the AGP part was much more common. Lots of people think the
Radeon 9000 and 9100 are AGP only, but they are currently available as PCI
cards as well.

Unless you need dual-head, in which case the 7000 is the way to go. But
performance-wise, the original (and now discontinued) Radeon Mac Edition,
with it's hardware T&L, is the best performing PCI video card for 3D on
the Mac.
