If you've got an Alphaserver 4000 with two sets of PCI slots I think you are
talking about a forklift upgrade.  If you've got an Alphaserver 4000 with one
set of PCI slots that has the large CPU/memory board with connectors on only
two of the four CPU slots I believe you can just install an Alphaserver 4100
CPU/memory board.
