I would, but I don't agree to the terms of the license:

Does my website itself count as "advertising materials"?  What about
when I hand out my URL on business cards and such?

Never mind that this:

  1) Isn't my problem, since the "official logo" is maintained by the
     monkeys.
  2) Is technically impossible unless the logo were converted to a
     Java applet or a Shockwave/Flash object.

This is totally unacceptable.  I'll include a link, but they can go fuck
themselves if they're going to dictate a LOGO on the front page my
website.  Their idea for the program isn't that complicated, and there's
no reason that someone can't write a program that does the same thing
with a less demanding license.
