And given this restriction it wouldn't be hard for a spam bot to check
for a link to the graphic on the page being scanned or the top level page
and then leave that site ignoring it's contents....
This restriction seems to be labelling spam software writers as
unintelligent.... which while some may be... there are people smart
enough out there to know they shouldn't be writing spamming software...
but are...
