[rescue] Boca 16 port bb2016

Picked one of these up cheap from a list member.

It's short the cable that goes from the ISA card to the breakout box.

Soldering up a db37F<->db37F cable should be easy, but I can't find the
pinouts for this box so far.  I found them for another Boca model so
I'll probably try those, but...

Does anybody have experience with these boxes that could shed some light
on the subject?
