[rescue] PCI Ethernet card for Origin 200?

SGI ships Alteon Acenics which can be found cheap, though you may need to
muddle the pci IDs in the driver... The 10/100 cards are almost as
expensive as genuine SGI Acenics due to.. erm.. Intresting Design (tm).
