  if you ask me: No, it does not - at least as long as the hardware as
  a bit different from the OTS-PC that the vendor next door sells.

  But maybe I'm biased. I've rescued a dozen IBM PS/2 straight from
  the dumpster as well as some Siemens PCs/guts.
