I've been experiencing similar ECC errors on a recently acquired Ultra 2.
I've gone through several iterations of removing, cleaning, and reseating
the memory, and swapping individual modules to different slots, but the
ECC errors stay with the same 2 slots, in my case U0401 and U0601. Any
idea what this means?
Anyway, I'm glad this machine works at all - when I got it, it was
*totally* dead to the world, but it turned out to have a loose connection
inside the power supply :)
