They weren't dropped for 2.5.  Perhaps you're thinking of the GS (cg12) or 
GT.

It depends on the Ultra.  For a U1 you need the special Sbus extender 
cable to supply additional power.

NetBSD may have ZX console support, but probably not much in the way of 
acceleration.  You're probably much better off with a cg6.
