[rescue] Monitor compatibility

   They are indeed different.  If memory serves, the Sun DB13W3 
interface uses the pins as sense pins and sync, while the SGI interface 
just uses the coaxial connector elements and sync-on-green.

   That said, however, I've used some Sun monitors on some SGI 
workstations with much success.
