[rescue] Axil Sparc Ultima Firmware Password Issue

Hi All,

I have a problem with respect to the subject and am hoping the expertise from 
this list may help.  The passwd at the prom was set by someone who was fired 
from a company and now the machine will not boot without supplying a 
password.

Is there a way around this?  Axil is out of busines and there is no manual or 
CD's.
