[rescue] SunPCI II Interface Speed

Does anybody here use a SunPCI II or IIpro?  I have a SunPCI II in my 
Ultra 60, running Solaris 9.  I run Windows 2000 Pro under the emulated 
machine, and have noticed that any menu accesses under Windows 
experience lag.  The speed is just fine as long as I do anything else.

Has anyone else seen this?  Any ideas for speed improvement?  I run the 
latest release of Sun's software for this board, 2.3.2.
