Sad to say, not much.  Dual 270MHz R12K's with 512M and a full set of 
9G disks were going for $300 on eBay not that long ago. (I bought one.) 
  If you go and look, O200's are right now not fetching much - A similar 
one to yours is $189 BIN on eBay.
