I usually run off to a local park and disappear into the woods for a
long walk.  When you can't hear civilization any more, it's easier for
it to not matter for awhile.

I wish I could play guitar, and I'd take one with me.

Of course, the exersize helps a great deal too.  Computer hacking can be
bad for physical and mental health.
