[rescue] Six Years of the Rescue List

I just realized tonight, I missed the six year "birthday" of the
Rescue list - according to my archives, the first post to the 
then-SunRescue list was on Friday, April 3rd, 1998.

The first archived post I have from when I switched to MailMan was
May 13th, '99.

Wow.  SIX YEARS, five of those using MailMan (which I upgraded to
version 2.1.5 tonight).
