Yeah, they are out there.  A lot of monitors that use Sony tubes seem to
be Sync on Green, especially the larger models.  I have a Dell Ultrascan
17" that does. 

Sun monitors seem to support SOG as well.  I'm using a 20e20 on my
Octane.
