[rescue] help me out of a jam (LaserWriter 16/600PS)

I have a very nice Apple LaserWriter 16/600 PS, but about half the
time or so, it seems to have difficulty getting the last inch or so
out of the printer into the tray.  As a result the paper is wrinkled
at the bottom of the page.

Anyone here familiar with which part of the printer should be cleaned?
I have access to Simple Green cleaner and metering roll cleaner as
well.
