According to Car & Driver, they kick the previous Fairmont-based model's
ass from here to Iraq.  It's the first time the Mustang has ever had its
own platform designed from the ground up, and apparently it shows when
you drive'em.

I'd love to have my 1970 Camaro SS350 back -- or, better yet, a 1970
Z28 RS.  Though I wish the '70-'73 models had the larger '74-81 rear
window.

Personally, I'm awful curious about the upcoming-in-2006 Charger R/T.
It's no longer based on the 2000-or-so Charger R/T show car; after being
on-again, off-again, on-again, off-again, on-again, that one's finally
dead.  The Charger's now going to be built on the platform they're using
for the new 300 and the Dodge Magnum.  It looks pretty interesting.

'Course, how likely it is that I'll be in a position to afford one this
decade is anyone's guess....
